No, we do not have any income requirements for our residents at The Reserve at Red Run.

We welcome anyone, ages 55+, to live at our senior residential community.

To hold your apartment, we request a completed application and a $500 refundable deposit. From there, we discuss your ideal move-in date.

Yes, to extend our gratitude to veterans, we offer a rent discount of $150/month for the duration of the lease.
